Integrative Therapy with Ann Sibbet
1/2 hour $50 • 1 hour $85. • 1.25 hours $100.

Each session is unique, based upon what will create the greatest benefit for the client. Integrating numerous modalities (including but not limited to) Swedish massage and deep tissue therapy, acupressure, neuro-somatic integration muscle-balancing, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, orthobionomy, polarity, breathwork, and self care skills. My integrative therapy practice also includes health and wellness coaching, counseling and education regarding potentially beneficial remedies. I have worked successfully with many challenging conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic and acute physical or emotional pain, injuries including whiplash and vertebral disc injuries, stress, etc., to provide complementary care for symptom relief and over all enhancement and well-being.

Integrative Therapy Sessions with John Sibbet

I employ many modalities to assist my clients in restoring balance to the body/mind including Holographic and Applied Kinesiology, Acupressure, Muscle Testing and Balancing, Reflexology, Flower Essence Therapy, Affirmation and Prayer, Massage therapy, Sound and Color Therapies, and Creative Imagination. I work with a very diverse array of issues and problems (some very mysterious or tenacious), integrating layers of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the issues the client presents. I ask my clients to take an active responsibility in their healing process, both during and subsequent to the session. Sessions are one hour and are $100.

Breathwork
Facilitated connected or circular breathing technique to promote a state of heightened awareness in which one may receive insights and understandings of their life process. These techniques have been practiced in ancient cultures (pranayama) and have been brought to our current culture in the form of rebirthing, radiance breathwork, holotrophic breathwork, etc. Sessions are two to three hours and are $100. per hour.
